The Supreme Court has no power to outlaw abortion.

If Roe v. Wade is overturned than any red state can make abortion illegal. Most women who need abortions won’t be able to afford travelling to the nearest state where it’s legal, effectively banning the procedure for them (as it nearly has been done in many states already pending litigation). A Clinton presidency and Clinton appointments to the Supreme Court have the power not only to preserve Roe v. Wade, but to strengthen it. All women in this country who desire an abortion should have the actual ability to get one without any unnecessary burden or harassment.
