I completely disagree. The only way to make programming easier is by creating an extra layer of abstraction which is what has been done over the years. However, that layer is software itself, therefore, without programmers and especially the open source communities, there would be no 3month programmers. Furthermore, we all know that with 3 month learning, you can only write some code, nothing else.
