Thanks Amanda! We started out with Twitter influencers for the first campaign for two reasons: 1) At the time, there were some amazing teen/college audiences already built on certain Twitter Accounts that we wanted to target, and 2) We specifically crafted the video content and messaging in the tweets with the intention for the tweets to be retweeted specifically, and more importantly, to get Twitter users tagging their friends like crazy in the tweet replies.
