Yes, I was in South Africa from 1967 till 1974, had that experienece of beautyful helpfulness deeply engraved into my being. Here in Germany I was missing it all the time and now reading you it touches me, that it is still there and as alive as ever. That is one of the beauties of me beloved South Africa.
