UCP, the pattern on the older ACUs, would probably work actually. Its about the only environment it would work in, as opposed to what we did (roll in dirt or mud and hope to God it was enough). Scorpion, the new pattern, does work well though.

Again, back during the 80’s and 90’s, everyone used BDU and it was good enough. I really think that all of the services should be in Scorpion now, its already a de facto standard for Navy Special Warfare and the Sea Bees, Air Force TACP/ALO and Security Forces outside the wire as well as Pararescue, and the entire Army.

The only holdout are the Marines, because they have an obssessive need to be “special”, all the while their F/A-18s should probably get “Honk if parts fall off” stickers on their flaps.
