How to achieve big results with minimum effort in anything you do.

Every day when you wake up your give 86400 seconds to give to the world that gift you have inside you. In return, the world is going to reward you fame or money and that is the true meaning of life. But few are making it like Jeff Bezos (He provided the easy way to shop online by starting AMAZON), Mark Zuckerberg (connecting the world by starting FACEBOOK) and Elon Musk (sending people to Mars by starting SpaceX).
But why these few people have achieved massive success more than the majority of the population?
The secret is that “Successful people are not born that way. They become successful by establishing the habit of doing things that unsuccessful people don’t like to do”
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act, but a habit” by Aristotle.
Highly productive people are like factory managers who hire obedient workers (habit) they train them on tasks they can do daily and measure their progress and correct them. After some time the workers start to execute the task on their own. And this gives the manager the time to concentrate on other things that are beneficial like dealing with sells and performing other interesting things like travel. Therefore the habit gives managers time and resources to focus on other things which give them freedom.
FORMULA
Goals/Ambitions/Dreams/Tasks + Daily Habit = Effortless to Execute
Here are steps on how to build a habit that makes us execute our tasks effortlessly and achieve big results:
Note: You should build one habit at a time, hiring more than one habit makes you unable to concentrate and focus on all habits.
1. Make a commitment statement: During the next [Week/Month] I will perform [Goal/Task] on [DAY] at [Time of the Day] at/in [Place].
For example “During the next week I will start planning my business every Friday from 5 am to 6 am at home.”
Note: Missing to accomplish above once it’s not bad. But missing twice in a row is a problem because it reduces the chance to build new habits by 55%. Therefore when you miss once, next day plans not to miss.
2. Construct minimum daily Quota: To build a habit it requires motivation, but motivation gets fluctuate after time to time. If your new habit requires a high amount of motivation like wake up 5 am you need to lower the daily quota of 6 am. Therefore when you miss to wake up at 5 am twice in a row then get back to a minimum quota of 6 am until it’s become your habit of waking up at 6 am then upgrade to 5 am (It takes 66 days to master new habit).
3. Stakes: You have made a commitment statement and you have constructed daily quota. Now in this step, you’re now going to be accountable for your goal. At this point, you need to declare a statement of punishment like “If I fail to execute minimum quota more than two days in a row, I will forfeit ………………….” What will forfeit can be not to eat your desired meal or not performing your hobby like socializing on social media on that day.
REMEMBER: If you miss today to execute, make tomorrow a priority. It takes 66 days for a habit to be automatic.
CONCLUSION
You will never change your life until you change something you do it daily. The secret of your success is found in daily routine. Always remember champions are made when they embrace and commit to a life-changing positive habit.
