Unhealthy to Healthy Living

“Healthy Body, Healthy Life" There are a lot of factors that cause people to have an unhealthy lifestyle. First, they eat a lot of junk foods, A lot of people are enjoying eating burger, chips, and pizza. These kind of foods are high in fats and sodium. Second, they don’t exercise, A lot of people think that exercise is just a boring activity and a waste of time. Exercise helps us to protect against heart disease and strengthen the heart. Third, some smoke and drink alcohol. Both activities consistently hurt your heart, and they can cause higher risks for blood pressure and stroke. Lastly, sleeping late, which is common among teenagers, can cause you to be more stressed.

So, how do we start living a healthy lifestyle? If you are still living an unhealthy lifestyle, it's your time to start living healthily now. First, you need to encourage yourself to start doing exercise. Exercising is god for your body and bones. It also helps to lose weight. Second, start eating fruits and vegetables is a perfect start up for a healthy routine. Healthy foods nutrients such as vitamins and antioxidants. Lastly, Destress and try some relaxing activities to help you calm down. Healthy lifestyle helps us to have more energy and improved mental health, and it also helps you to increase your chances of defeating illnesses.
