How to Avoid Becoming Scatterbrained
Take all your worries, thoughts, tasks, goals, plans, and write them down on a piece of paper. As a matter of fact, lets make it a notebook.
Take 30–40 minutes of your time, writing whatever is on your mind.
Find the focus you want and filter all the crap in your brain. When I owned my to-do list, I felt bogged down with things to write. Most of these “things” weren’t important. It distracted me from my priorities and felt like I had enough leisure time to look up unwanted products to buy.
A perfect time to have, to hone your skills.
