Dear Linda,

I read your book after losing my 18 year old nephew in November of 2014. Painful is one word to describe each day since we lost hime. And there are so many other words I can use to describe what my family is dealing with. The first birthday, the first set of holidays and he is noticeably missing. Tears at numerous times of the day; a sister that no words can console and a grandmother who will never be the same. This is our life, this is what our family is and you and I now share a similar grief. Does life ever go back to normal…I think not…
