Live by the EpiPen, die by the EpiPen
Zach Shallbetter

My mother carries one for severe allergies to stinging insects and my niece for allergies to peanuts. Both have insurance, but the cost of the Epi-Pen is a concern to them. For the millions without insurance or that have inadequate insurance, the cost can be prohibitive. Our government should be doing much more to address the costs of prescription drugs and health care in general, but due to the power lobby of the medical industrial complex, this isn’t happening.
