鼎爺都搞上市?

近年由電視圈殺入餐飲界的「鼎爺」李家鼎,去年與金融界人士譚思略合作開設私房菜館,今日再在中環開設中菜館「鼎。會館」,身兼創辦人及行政總裁譚思略表示,希望公司在兩年內達到主板上市標準,惟最終是否上市將視乎發展需要。

根據上市規則,目前主板上市盈利測試為連續三年盈利,最近一年需賺取至少2000萬元。

明報引述譚思略估計,私房菜館每月盈利可達100萬元,希望鼎。會館亦可達到接近水平,預期不難達到上市標準。他又表示,鼎爺非坊間所說是「代言人」,是公司股東兼員工。

鼎爺私房菜營運總監張以郎表示,除餐廳營運外,公司亦正在發展食品生意,今年農曆新年曾岀品賀年糕點,最近亦在售賣傳統月餅及奶黃月餅,以及研發湯包產品,希望可以年底開設體驗店岀售。
