Hi Casey, thank you for this interesting article. I have a question for you. Do you know of ways to switch from a live call to a chatbot on the smartphone the customer is using while calling (without having the customer have to hang up and manually open the app containing the bot) ? I guess it exists but I don’t know of any solution providing this solution. I always see the opposite, from chatbot to a live call. Thank you for your help.
