You omitted the impact on public transportation. Currently, costs are very high — the capital cost of mass transit is astronomical, and labor costs are inflated vs the free market, the pension overhang threatens states and cities with bankruptcy.. Public transportation, with very high labor costs, will not be able to compete with driverless cars, with very low labor costs.
