Fall is such a charming time of year full of colorful, rich produce just waiting to be harvested. Why do you think we have a dish called Seasonal Harvest? Perfect for any veggie lover (or foodie), the seasonal harvest includes a mix of roasted turnips, sautéed kale, grilled apples, farro, broccolini, and a winter squash puree. You can only imagine how beautiful those colors look, and more importantly, taste together. Oh, and did we mention our produce is almost 100% local? Our buddy Eric from Forerunner Foods never fails to provide us with the freshest veggies he can get his hands on. Thanks Eric!
Vegetables are cool and all, but did you know we only have one more Monday night NFL burger battlebefore Thanksgiving? Make it your last meal before you fast until turkey day (just kidding, we obviously don’t want you to go three days without eating). On Monday November 19th, the Kansas City Chiefs hit California to play the Los Angeles Rams. We’re doing things a little different this time:
Kansas City Sliders– (1) angus beef slider topped with barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles; (1) smoked pork shoulder slider topped with barbecue sauce, coleslaw, and pickles; (1) brisket slider topped with barbecue sauce, beer cheese, and fried onion strings. If you’re not a fan of barbecue for some insane reason, steer clear.
Los Angeles Burger– 8 oz. local angus beef patty topped with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado slices, and avocado aioli. You might need some avo-cardio after this one.
