Local Craft Beers
Speaking of breweries, it’s about time we announced our brewery and drinks of the month. Jekyll takes the stand as Freight’s July brewery. Jekyll is the first brewery in Alpharetta, GA and is named after Jekyll Island where the first brewery of the deep south was founded in 1738. Jekyll focuses on handcrafting sophisticated beers from the finest ingredients. You’re probably familiar with their popular Hop Dang Diggity IPA which is one of Freight’s few staple beers. Come to Freight any time throughout July, order a Jekyll draft beer for just $6, and walk out with a free Jekyll Brewing pint glass!
Here are Freight’s other July drink specials:
Bourbon — Russell’s Reserve (10 year)
Red Wine — Sisters Forever (red blend)
White Wine — Stone Cellars (pinot grigio)
Cocktail — Stiegl Rita (Stiegl radler, tequila, grapefruit juice)
Shooter — Raspberry lemon drop
Now that your mouth is watering, it’s safe to say we’ll see you this Friday. Hurry up and dust off those dancing shoes because you’ll need them! Shops and restaurants in downtown Woodstock stay open late during FNL, so dance your way through town as the night goes on. It’s summertime and the living’s easy.
