Pursuit of (sustainable) simplicity

This month marks the 34th celebration of the day of my birth. Yes we all get older (and hopefully wiser) every year. My thinking is constantly shifting. Shifting towards a life of simplicity, and less complexity. Words such as “meaning”, “calling”, “significance” and “essentials” are popping up in my head whenever I take a break from demanding clients, further studies and pressing daily deadlines. I find myself thinking more and more about how real simplicity look like, the kind of life that is sustainable and rooted in love, community and purpose. For myself, answers to these questions usually get clearer the closer I get to nature, the sea and mountains.

I look forward to digging my toes into the sand, looking up to the mountains and resting in the knowledge that life is in the hand of the Author.
