That’s one of the best installation guides I have read. Installation went fairly smoothly… One thing, I want to create a development URL that I can share with others. When I click on the green Cloud9 run button I get:

bash: hello_phoenix/config/dev.exs: No such file or directory

If you fix that, your guide will be perfect. Cheers.
