Your solution is very fast, but it leaves out one rule. The solution must be unique. When you choose a number and see if it is a solution, you don’t check to see if it is a unique solution. In your Figure 8. solution, A2 can be swapped with A3 and G2 can be swapped with G3 and you have a different solution.

Therefore neither of these is the correct solution. Keep trying.
