The liquidity pool was created on the SaucerSwap DEX as an HBAR x FROGRE pair, with the entire 420k supply having been paired with 3065 HBARs. After creation of the pool, the treasury account bought back 100k $FROGRE from the LP. 100% of the liquidity pool was locked using the DaVinciGraph Token Locker tool for a period of one year (until the 18th of January 2025).
There were two airdrops:
1. Early F&F drop — 100 $FROGRE for OG Hedera community members in the Club HBAR Discord server. In total 32 members participated in this drop.
2. Public drop — 50 $FROGRE distributed to 500 accounts.
Governance:
The Frogre project will be governed by up to 19 entities, known as “Governing Frogres”. This number may change in the future based on total active participants in community. Governing Frogres will vote on topics such as treasury management, future project plans, future airdrops, DEX/CEX listings, NFTs etc. Each member (aside from one permanent founding member, plech) is term limited and will be substituted after a period of one year.
Governing Frogres will receive one of a limited number of special NFTs.
