Setting goals for the week is best, so a designer can prioritize their work based on upcoming meetings, reviews, or deliveries. Some designers like to know the high-level sense of what they need to do, and others want to see a task by task break down. Because of this, I tend to set a plan for the week at the higher level, and then follow up with people in person who want to go item by item.
st find out themselve…thin your organization. I also keep my to do list in Trello and keep it open to the entire company. No one taps me on the shoulder to ask what I’m doing, they can just find out themselves. This kind of transparency forces accountability and builds community.
