Hmm… interesting piece but it reminds me of the extra attention and praise given to extroverts for no other reason than because they’re confident and indeed, charismatic. Unfortunately, it’s at the expense of countless quiet souls who may never be the center of attention but who have much to share when given the time and space.

Charisma is attractive, for sure, but I’ve always been much more drawn to the odd and slightly awkward ones shying away from the limelight. Someone comfortable enough to live life mostly in the shadows.
