
I’ve mentioned this before, but it’s worth saying it again: Don’t ask people about the future. Product developers love asking interviewees questions like “Would you use the product? Would you pay for it?” Remember, they don’t know that yet. What you should do instead is to ask questions that reveal their intent to use it/purchase it.
