I'll NEVER be here to coddle white feminine fragility. Ever! I think it's a huge disservice to myself when I try to comfort the white gaze on my black womanhood.
It’s like I’m begging to be accepted by women who think I’m only beneficial when I’m serving them. Literally, serving them.
The reality is, nothing I say or do, will ever make me feel like I'm safe around white allies. I feel like even in their acts of "defending" my right to exist, they still benefit from a privilege that I'll never be able to tap into.
