Business schools vs startups
Is there any value in business schools if your are interested in entrepreneurship?
Most probably not.
Business schools were designed to teach people management and management is the problem that you are only having in a startup if you are sufficiently successful. So really that you need to know early on, to make startup successful is to develop products. And business schools were designed to train core officers in large companies.
The only way to do it, it just do it. It might be not successful, but you will learn faster, if you just do it.
As for the early employees, they have to be your peers, just as founders, self motivated, you do not need to be managed.
