Great point! Evening light really can throw off our sleep cycles, especially with all the blue light from screens. I've started wearing blue light-blocking glasses in the evenings, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how easily I fall asleep. Turning off screens a couple of hours before bed is tough, but it really helps create a calming bedtime routine.
