Happy Monday Community!

How’s your heart today? We hope you were able to take some time for yourself to refill your cup this weekend. We still hear you, we still see you, and still feel you, a year later.

We have to admit, there have been times over the last couple of weeks that as friends, business owners, partners, daughters, and community leaders, we’ve felt overwhelmed by the number of people we want to check in on and support. And I’m sure all of you can relate: At this point, most of us know someone who has been laid off, has fallen ill, and/or is struggling financially.

We’re here to tell you, this is damn hard and it is okay to feel stretched thin right now. However, we are here to also tell you that you do not have to find all the helpful resources by yourself. Future for Us is committed to preparing you for your next career move.

Last week, we kicked off our first webinar to learn how we can optimize our LinkedIn profile to strengthen our online brand and open new career opportunities. About 200+ womxn of color from across the world Zoomed in from New York, Chicago, Austin, Los Angeles, Seattle, Berlin, and India, to learn together in community. The chatroom was LIT. 🔥

2. Audit — Perform a full audit of your current profile, ask what’s missing and ask for feedback from a trusted source, and fill out your profile completely.
3. Keyword — Research keywords of outstanding profiles in your industry and implement keywords in your profile.
