This cheat sheet is based on information compiled by U.S. Vote Foundation and is not necessarily uniform so visit www.iwillvote.com/learn as soon as possible to verify you registration and/or update your registration. A few notes:
- Mail deadlines refer to postmarking of documents and Deliver Mail refers to arrival of documents
- In-Person deadlines generally refer to 5pm COB for most voter offices.
- Online deadlines generally occur at midnight of the following day but there may be exceptions (NE)

This is a great time to to start a conversation with your friends about this CRITICAL election to stop Donald Trump as well as the even tougher challenge of a GOP-controlled Congress and State Houses that you can easily do with the help of facebook…then via message, text or calls if you want.
Even if you think they’re registered they still might need to update their address etc. and more importantly you can encourage them to spread the word to their friends as well. And the nice side benefit is that this is a good excuse to say hi to people you haven’t talk to in awhile for personal or career networking purposes.
You can use the Hillary For America battleground state Home Page feature (found in the app) and set up a “Friend Finder” by creating a campaign at http://www.socialroots.io (a favorite tool of the Bernie grassroots movement) but here is a 3-step short-cut method to do “facebanking” on your own.
#1 Click on this link to automatically Search “Find my friends who live in STATE” and start contacting each friend to remind them to register or change information like their address by using the template below and filling in their first name, state and registration method.
#2 Cut-and-Paste & Modify a message like “Hey “FIRST NAME!” As you may know, any changes to your “STATE” voter registration must be made by “POSTMARKED MAIL/IN-PERSON or ONLINE” today! Feel free to use www.iwillvote.com/learn and/or share it with your friends. Either way, let me know if you’re all set to vote because i want to make sure all my friends can participate in the election this year! I can also send you a link so you can Search folks in various states easily too.”

#3 After you’re done with one state you can modify it if you simply change the state name in the Search box and even prioritize it by saying “Find my friends who like “CANDIDATE or PARTY” and who live in “STATE”
