The FyreBand, Your Key to the Festival
We’re shoring up all the details on-island, but now it’s time for you to get ready for your Fyre Festival weekend.
In the middle of Great Exuma’s beauty — the culinary concepts, art installations, and curated music venues we’re planning for you — the most important piece of Fyre Festival is the one you wear on your wrist.
Every guest will receive a unique, digitally-enabled wristband called the Fyre Band. The FyreBand is your all-in-one key to enjoy everything Fyre Festival has to offer. It’s studded with an RFID chip that privately and safely stores your festival ticket information, your credentials, and acts as a secure payment method during your stay.
Fyre Festival is a cashless experience — one to be enjoyed without fuss or hassle. Once you’ve set up your FyreBand account via your invite email, you can log in here, you can add a credit card to seamlessly make purchases during your stay.
To help, here’s a list of things you’ll be able to purchase with your FyreBand during the festival:
- Massages: $65 for 30 min or $180 for 1 hour private
- Private Planes: $650/person (Sat. only)
- Seaplanes: $850/person (Sat. only)
- Pig Beach Tours: $135/person
- Half Day Rental: $4,000/boat (8–11 passengers)
- Full Day Rental: $9,000/boat (8–11 passengers)
- Kayak Double: $85/hr
- Kayak Single: $70/hr
- Paddle boarding: $75/hr
- Pig Beach Tours: $135/person
- Half Day Boat Rental: $4,000/boat (8–11 passengers)
- Full Day Rental: $9,000/boat (8–11 passengers)
JUMP START YOUR FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE
Fyre Band kiosks will be dotted around the festival to help you add funds during your stay, but there’s an easy way to skip the lines before you even pack your bags. Once you’ve set up your FyreBand account via your invite email, you can log in here, you can add funds to your FyreBand right now. We recommend adding at least $300 per day to cover incidental expenses and upgrades. Good news is that any unused funds can be credited back to your account so you can add funds without worry.
SOME FAQS & COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I get my FyreBand?
All guests of the festival will receive their FyreBand at the check-in gate in Miami International Airport before their flight to Great Exuma. We’ll have Fyre concierges to help you sign in and receive your band. To be safe, please give yourself a little extra time to get to the airport ahead of your flight. We recommend arriving at least 3 hours early for your flight to Grand Exuma. Better safe than sorry!
What is the technology behind the FyreBand?
Your FyreBand is powered by Connect ’n’ Go — one of the top leading RFID provider designed specifically for festivals just like this one.
Is my FyreBand indestructible?
Your FyreBand is designed to endure all the ordinary stresses of everyday wear and festival life. It’s waterproof, drop-resistant, and all-in-all tough as nails. That said, we do recommend treating your FyreBand with TLC whenever possible.
What if I lose my FyreBand?
Please visit one of our onsite Fyre Festival Concierges to assist with this. You will need to have a copy of your reservation to secure a replacement.
What if I have a question or an issue with my FyreBand?
We’re here to help. If you have any questions or issues, please find any Fyre Festival Concierge (or you local Concierge Desk) where our hospitality staff can help you out. Please note, these locations will not be able to add funds to your Fyre Band.
What if I want to add funds to my FyreBand at the festival?
We highly recommend adding plentiful funds to your FyreBand before arriving at the festival just to make your stay as easy as possible (remember, all unused funds will be credited back to you).
If you want to add funds at the festival, we’ll have several FyreBand Kiosks at the following locations
1. Fyre Festival Main Concierge
2. Rokers Point Main Checkin, in the heart of the tent neighborhood
3. Coco Plum Main activities desk
Will there be ATMs or other payment methods on the island?
Remember, Fyre Festival is a cashless festival designed to be experienced with your digitally-enabled Fyre Band. ATMs will not be available onsite, so plan ahead if you think you’ll want cash on hand.
Can I leave the festival and return at a later time?
Re-entry is permitted to the festival so long as you have your FyreBand. Simply scan your wristband each time you leave the island for security and safety purposes.
