“ Still, when I attended the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2014, Cudi commanded the single biggest audience I have ever witnessed in a live music setting — approximately 50,000 people, more than half of the attendees — gathered for a sundown set at the main stage to watch Cudi moan, rock, wail, and vibe out to the Crookers remix of “Day ’n’ Nite.”

That performance was so lit. While we were waiting in the crowd I was worried that we would get a bunch of his new material but it ended up being the show of the weekend for me.
