One thing that I’ve found that helps keep my wrists comfortable is minimizing my use of the mouse, and switching the hand I use the mouse with. Keeping my hands on the keyboard, and using an editor like vim (which encourages you to stay on the home row) has also helped me minimize the effects of RSI.
