As a young graduate from architecture school, I have always been interested in improving myself as a designer.

Over the past few years, I realised what was needed for me to appreciate design and become better in solving design problems. And I hope you might be able to take away some of these ideas too.

There are five key steps:

  • It Starts With You: Have a Manifesto
  • Absorb Like A Sponge: Read Widely and Often
  • Go Out, Observe and Question: Seek inspiration in the Ordinary
  • Compile Your Inspirations : Document your ideas
  • Be A Master: Teach others / Share your idea
