Hi Jonathan, great post. Thanks for sharing your experience. I agree with Mike here. HubSpot is definitely not basic. Actually HubSpot is the most complete solution for website, blog, email, social, marketing, automation, sales and analytics in the market. The tool continues to grow every year and the company is constantly innovating. The certification program is also a big factor for me. Once you get your teams (marketing and sales) certified, then everybody speaks the same language and it is easier to make those two teams work together as one.
I would also try the CRM; we are migrating teams from Salesforce to the HubSpot CRM and even though you can’t customize at the same level, it is so easy to use and it simplifies the tracking of calls, emails and interactions so much, that salespeople love it.
