Fast Sundays 21: New Project

Day 147/365: My new project is starting to look like a thing, which is both amazing and motivating!

Fast Sundays: Every Sunday, I write a 300 words post on different topics of interest, after starring at the blank laptop screen for 3 minutes. Whatever pops into my mind at the end of the 3 minutes mark, that’s what I’ll scribble below.

As of yesterday, I’m working on a new personal project that will hopefully get me on Amazon. That’s as much as I’m comfortable telling you about it for now. It’s super important that I stick to my schedule because I want to be done with it by day 183 of this challenge, so just in the middle of it.

The project requires me to work for an extra hour or so every day, so for that reason, I’ll not be able to take a lot more work than I have now on the content creation part. The good news is, I have enough work as is, so I’m settled on that part and can really dedicate that whole hour for the project.

In the end, the plan is to launch the final product on both Amazon and my website, so people can choose between the formats and enjoy the one that best suits them. I really hope you guys will be interested in the stuff I’m preparing. I am really pouring my soul into what I’m doing and, besides the freelancing job, it’s the first thing that I hope will bring in some money.

I’m not doing it for the money, though. I seriously am not, although money does help me with my travels and everything else. I’m doing it for those of you who are struggling with writing, freelancing and all of the rest and have no idea where to find all the information you need in order to make stuff happen.

The internet might be a good idea, but the information is scattered and, frankly, mostly copy-pasted and not updated to reflect our times.

There, that should give you more than enough information about my plans, so I’ll stop there. I would’ve given you some more, but 1) I still want it to be sort of a surprise and 2) I’m dealing with the most idiotic, end-of-Spring cold that I have ever had, so please excuse me while I go stuff my face with burning hot tea and chew on some lemon and mint.

No more Mojitos for a while…

Thank you for your time!
