This Is How You Can Learn To Be Patient

Day 201/365: You should learn this as fast as possible. But… be patient with it

I can’t count the number of times I wrote about patience on this daily blog, which has now just passed the 200-day mark. The truth about patience is, it’s really hard to master because people don’t have the time to exercise it.

People never learn patience and the true power of it because they don’t have the patience to learn patience.

Read that a few times and you’ll get it. The only way you can learn patience is by trial and error. It’s okay to lose your patience when you’re dealing with grief, or a bad thought that’s bothering you and seems to refuse to go away for a while now, disease, a break-up and so on.

Patience heals

The thing you need to remember is that the body and mind have a great power into themselves to heal and move over even the most impossible things. I’m not talking about the spiritual stuff, although that is important to consider.

I’m talking about the scientific, measured and proven healing qualities of the mind and body. All it takes is for you to be patient. Yes, you can become restless and lose patience now and then, especially if your problem is persistent and lasts for longer.

But the minute you realise you’ve lost grip, gently bring the attention back to the mind and body and start being patience again. Let them do their job, let them be what they are and let them get back to their ideal state.

Patience is the virtue of virtues

This might take a while, which is why learning to be patient, to be quiet and fine with harsh periods which inevitably will bother you, because that’s how life works, is crucial for a peaceful life.

Patience is the most important virtue in your life. Learn to master it and you’ll be fine. Practice on it every day, every moment, if you can, and the results will follow. Fail to do so and you’ll only make things worse. Because nothing good came out of negative reactions to whatever the heck life throws at us.

Thank you for having the patience to read this article all the way to the last word. Good job!
