Quora management is probably one of the most frustrating systems to deal with. I was banned long before they ever started a paid partnership, but it doesn’t shock me at all that this kind of thing is happening. They basically rely on mob rule; if enough people report you for whatever reason, you will eventually get edit-blocked or banned. Sorry to hear that happened to you.
