Yet the US receives over 2 million immigrants a year and its the most diverse country on earth which I think its an important distinction between here and every other developed country.

The Scandinavian nations (which I am guessing rank 1st by your facts and cited rankings) are 99% white and 78% of the same religion (Lutheran). This makes for a really one-sided way of thinking among its people. They’re also about 100 times smaller than the US by population. The US is great because it welcomed me (immigrant), and maybe your parents or grandparents, to come in and pursue a better life for them and their children.

Also, I would say the US offers the best higher education in the world, having the top ranking public and private universities. That’s why millions of people come here for college every year from all over the world.
