The problem with having the “power” to use more beauty tools is that the competition starts using them and then you have to use them or fall behind! I would honestly accept a “man uniform” that all males use and then I wouldnt have to waste my time on it.

I dont blame the stigma or something like that for males not being “able” to use beauty products, I “blame” demand. If females wanted males wearing makeup, if there was a demand for males groomed in that way and most women thought guys with spanx were as hot as we find women with leggings, then we would use it. But since most females don’t want guys groomed that way, or at least it doesnt seem they do, doing it defeats the purpose of attracting girls. Also what I value about the tight leggins isnt that they are slimming but that they are “revealing” of the curves and have the effect of enhancing them somehow. Im not sure what happens, there is a magic power in them …

But I agree we can get away with some things already, like foundation, but it has to be really discreet. If the girl we want finds out we are using it, maybe she loses interest. I dont think of these things as “men having the right of using make up” but as “most women usually prefer men who dont use makeup, unless they are on TV being filmed”

I have this idea that the relationship can only have one princess, one “loved” and one “lover”, so if the guy becomes too vain and wants to be the princess in the relationship the girl isnt going to like it (not all girls, but enough girls to drive demand for vain guys down — so even if a girl wants that, she knows the guy is devalued). I mean in general, but I know in the goth scene and some others, guys with eyeliners are appreciated. I have also used foundation in some occasions (when it was going to be dark enough in the party, so it wouldnt be so obvious).

And comfort isnt as important as seduction! Ill worry about that after the girl already loves me and I can be seen in pijamas xD
