The $35 Padgene DZ09 Smart Watch Has Mobile Features And Camera
Just a day ago I wrote about the low-budget U8 Smartwatch with Bluetooth technology for connecting with your smartphone. Today will talk about a more progressed smart watch that pairs with your smartphone using Bluetooth, but it also can be used as a standalone phone because it supports SIM card and has a camera supporting video recording. This smart watch is named Padgene DZ09 and costs only $34.99.
Padgene DZ09 smartwatch houses a 1.56-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels, and runs on a MediaTek MTK6260A processor clocked at 533MHz backed by 128MB of RAM and 64MB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded by up to 32GB via a microSD card. Besides these, there’s also a slot for you to insert a micro SIM card.
This special Padgene watch has a 2.0-megapixel camera at the top allowing you to take pictures and also record videos. It uses Bluetooth 3.0 to connect with every Android smartphone running on Android 4.3 and higher and with some limited features, it can be paired with iOS devices.
Even though it has a low budget pricing, its features are amazing. It shows the time and date like any other watch but it also has a video player to play videos you shot with its camera or from your phone’s gallery, shows you SMS, phone calls when is connected to your phone or when it has an SIM card installed in it. There’s also some sensors featured on the device like gravity sensor.
The mobile-watch gets powered by a rechargeable 380 mAh battery with a lifetime of up to 3 hours in talk time and gets recharged via micro USB cable.
