Here is what I appreciate deeply about this post: the raw honesty, the desperation to survive, the yearning to salvage a moral and ethical compass. The early 20s are portrayed as a glamorous time, at least commercially, but they seem to be some of the most difficult years psychologically, especially when navigating the schism of gender dysphoria. Your voice captures this and it is heartbreaking and a gift to anyone who might be encountering their own struggle. We must create space for honesty and pain and receive them with kindness. Thank you.
