Hi Charlotte! I will look forward to your story when you are ready.

I was able to learn my lessons pretty inexpensively, so that makes it easier to walk away from. Outside of hourly kitchen rental, licenses and insurance, my overhead was pretty low. I find myself left with excess food ingredients, that I could always donate, and lots of packages, labels, promotional materials and boxes.

If I could find some spirited somebody, who thought they could give the business wings, I would happily give it away, no strings attached.
