Thanks for the link! When I saw the picture, my mind initially formed a question. Tax or attention focused on sugary drinks being bad? (Which, I agree they are — not just soda, even 100 percent juice is sugar laden.)
I live in the suburban Midwest. I cannot imagine a small tax having any affect, unless paired with a huge marketing effort. An anti- marketing campaign, if you will.
I was glad to see that addressed in the last paragraph.
