I keep up with strength training, so the knee stays at or near 100%.

You can bet I’ll be sharing your story with him! We’re told he’s being hooked up with the best adolescent shoulder physical therapist in the area, so the trick will be in keeping him on track with the exercises. Of course he’s going to have to find his inner motivator-a mom can only nag so much.:)
