Eric Garner was a criminal.

Michael Brown Jr. was a criminal.

Tamir Rice was waving a replica pistol at random people, so he at least wanted to be seen as a criminal.

Walter Scott was a criminal.

Freddie Gray was a criminal.

Why am I supposed to empathize with criminals? Who cares? Good riddance to bad rubbish.

You whine a lot, but 500 white people — almost all of them criminals, just like these chuckleheads — were killed in the same year. Can you name even ONE of them? I bet you can’t. I bet you haven’t even given a passing thought to them.

You don’t care one whit about those 500 white people. Nobody does. It’s not national news when police kill a white person. Doesn’t fit the narrative. Also, white people don’t identify with white trash criminals that get themselves dead by police action.

I don’t know what your problem is. Maybe you’re a myopic bigot who only cares about people who are like you in the most superficial ways. Maybe you’re just confused. Maybe you’re just easily manipulated by media.

Here’s what I do know: You’re going to call me racist. You’re going to write me off as a bigot, as someone who doesn’t care about “black people.” Because that fits in with your own “woe is me” victim narrative. But here’s the truth you won’t admit: I don’t care if the police kill criminals who resist arrest, run from police, wave realistic looking fake guns at people, etc.I don’t care when they’re white, black, asian or native. That doesn’t make me racist. It might make me callous, it might make me indifferent, but it doesn’t make me racist.

Which means the only difference between you and me is that race doesn’t matter to me, while you will forgive criminals for anything and mourn their loss SO LONG AS THEY LOOK LIKE YOU.
