I’ve managed 3 sessions in the gym the week, preferably I’d like a 4th session to get some cardio in but my boys attend some kind of activity every evening except one so that kinda puts paid to that! 
First session was benchpress, I did 5 sets of 3 at 35kg, 2.5kg up from last week.

After a very tough 3 weeks where routine had gone completely out of the window and mealtimes where mainly vending machine meals, I'm slowly getting back into my gym routine.

Week 5
Weight 10st 0.0lbs

I managed 3 sessions at the gym this week.
Lower session 1, I started off with my squat, last week I did 5 sets of 5 @ 52.5kg followed by 1 set of 5 @ 55kg. This week I did 5 sets of 5 @ 55kg. I felt OK but the last few reps were hard. I was due a de-load week but at the…
