If Gorsuch had had any integrity at all, he would have refused to accept a stolen SCOTUS seat. That alone tells you what kind of judge he would be. A judge interested in legal fairness would have stepped down and requested that Obama’s nominee receive his hearing first. It wouldn’t have meant a confirmation necessarily, but the man certainly had a right to a proper hearing. Since he didn’t do that, Gorsuch is not interested in fairness and doesn’t deserve to be there.
