All four NBA guys were at or near the peak of their abilities, except maybe Dirk, who was few years away. In a way, it was the peak of the “foreign invasion” period in NBA history, before the current lull.
Also, the Yugoslavia-Argentina final is an absolute classic that no one remembers because all everyone remembers about 2002 is that the US came in 6th.
