The fragmentary records of Galac Ticus were found during maintenance work on the network of a large public institution. It is highly unclear where Galac Ticus comes from, but its civilization seems to have already overcome some cognitive biases that still cause a lot of chaos on Earth. These notes are about the earth and basic archetypal patterns of people. Two points make these texts remarkable - at least from a human point of view: On the one hand, perception rather than consciousness is considered the most important system control of current life forms. And on the other hand, phenomena that were previously only relevant to subatomic research are being applied to social interactions.
