Terra Updates: Mid-April

This piece will consist of a more relaxed update flow on following Terra news I’ve picked up the past few days — a little different from my usual articles.
Alex Svanevik, CEO of Nansen, teased on his twitter account that Terra Money features are coming ‘very soon’. Their data dashboards are really good https://pro.nansen.ai/, so I look forward to their analytics for Terra.
1) Binance US adds ERC20 + BEP20 versions of UST
Users in the U.S can finally get another local option to onramp UST with the UST/USD and UST/USDT pairs. They can buy with Bank Transfer (ACH), debit card or wire transfer. https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/articles/5372960649239/
Also, UST hit above $17bn marketcap. This means that we are only ~5x away from overtaking the current largest stablecoin (USDT) — which is sitting at $82bn currently.
2) Illiquidly V1 Litepaper
Pledging to be the first ones on Terra to bring NFT peer trading, collateralized loans and more: Illiquidly just released their litepaper for their V1 release!
3) Anchor x Polkadot Partnership
With the recent Avalanche integration, the Anchor team continues the grind to enable other tokens from different chains as collateral options. Polkadot will now join the crew with Acala.
4) Kinetic Money Goes Live
Participants in the lockdrop can now visit the webapp here to https://app.kinetic.money/vault to claim 50% of their lockdrop rewards, with the other half coming in ~4 weeks. In order to claim entropy rewards, users can visit here http://entropy.kinetic.money to claim full 100%.
5) Pylon x GlowYield Merger
A lot of conflicted feelings about this particular merger, but it is what it is: Pylon Protocol proposes the first ever merge on the Terra network with Glow Yield.
6) Atlo Protocol x NEAR Partnership
Seatlabs on the NEAR ecosystem has submitted a proposal to forge a Terra cross-chain IDO partnership on Atlo Protocol’s launchpad.
7) AlphaDAO x Terra Hackathon
The first Asia Terra focussed hackathon held by Alpha Venture DAO has begun — submission window open from 13/04 to 09/05. Prize pool is $300k among 15 winners, with a chance for teams to join their incubation program or receive grants from Terraform Labs!
8) Nebula Protocol Airdrop for $NEB
Users can now claim their airdrops on app.nebula.money.
