Buy and Sell Digital Assets with Secure Crypto-Fiat Transactions on Gamic

We’re delighted to announce that you can now trade (buy and sell) digital assets such as crypto tokens and NFTs directly with your Gamic Wallet. This exciting new feature is a rollout from an initial strategic partnership, Scalex, with a combined mission to remove barriers to entry and drive blockchain adoption in Africa. Integrating their ramp infrastructure on the Gamic App makes it easy for millions of people and communities to communicate and trade digital assets using their local currency. How to Use the Buy and Sell Crypto Feature on Gamic

Step 1:

Log in to your Gamic app. Click the wallet icon at the lower end of your screen

Step 2:

Click on “Cash” (for Android users) or “Trade” (for iOS users), select “buy crypto” or “sell crypto” and it will direct you to the Scalex platform

Note: “Buy crypto” enables you to fund your Gamic wallet with crypto from your bank account. While the “sell crypto” enables you to send the crypto in your Gamic wallet to your bank account.

Step 3:

Select the token you want to “buy” or “sell”, select the network, the fiat currency you are buying or selling to and the amount. Don’t stress about putting your wallet address, your Gamic wallet address will show automatically, so click continue to get to the next page.

It’s important to note that Gamic doesn’t support Tron network currently. Also, if it’s your first time, you will do a little KYC where you input your name and email address.

Step 4:

When you’re buying crypto, you need to send funds to the account displayed. The account you are using to send must have the same account name as the one you used to KYC.

Step 5:

When you are selling, you choose the token, the network, the currency, and the amount you want to sell (at least $10). Select your receiving bank, and your account number, and submit. Confirm your account details and pay the crypto you want to sell.

Step 6:

If you are buying, congratulations, your crypto is now in your Gamic wallet. If you are selling, congratulations, your money is now in your bank account.
