Great article, and agree with most. But I disagree that the future of search is instant answers for everything.

When users don’t know what to ask, an instant-answering AI will never give us what we want. Being able to show a few results powers exploratory search, which will never go away.

I’m quite bullish on a future of Alexa with a screen (or a hologram). Where Alexa can interact with users with images and touch, in addition to voice. With voice being primary.
